Lively Stone is a church that loves to worship and praise God. We believe in outreach and work to reach the lost at any cost. In our neighborhoods, we serve those that need deliverance through prayer, healing, and love.

OUR PASTOR

Pastor Contrell Jenkins is a west-side Chicago native, and a graduate of The Living Word School of Ministry. For over 20 years, Pastor Jenkins has been an active servant in the Chicago community, working with non-profits and community members to positively impact God's people. 

OUR PURPOSE

Our Purpose is to bring others to Jesus, include them in his family, develop them to Christ-like maturity, and equip them for ministry in the world, in order to magnify God’s name. 

OUR HISTORY

It all started 50+ years ago.

When Senior Pastor William Jenkins Sr. founded the church, he established principles of worship, evangelism, growth, and service. Since then, we have grown through God's grace to be a community-focused and faith-driven church here in Chicago.
